		<description>this review confirms what I felt upon flicking through this book - I think that their idea of 1 ingredient equalling a ready made sauce masks just how many ingredients these contain.  I also have found that the more commercial products in a recipe, the harder it is to translate to other settings - eg internationally or if this product is not available - and I agree there should be the option of making your own</description>
